About Me

My name is Kent O'Doherty.  I am an Australian Saxophonist and Interdisciplinary Artist currently residing in Boston, Massachusetts.  I came to Boston through Rotterdam, The Netherlands in pursuance of my professional saxophone performance career.  Over time, performance art and then video/installation art began to call my name; in the end there was no escaping the call of the moving image. 
So now, here I am - balancing experimental video and installation art and saxophone performance - with each feeding the other
